what is a la carte?

We differentiate ourselves from our competition by encouraging you to choose the services you need from a menu of services provided. We do have a minimum amount that must be booked before we can initiate our services. For each a la carte service there might be varying levels that can be selected. For example, we can do a maintenance, overdue or deep clean of a bathroom. Select the one that best describes your space.

how much does it cost?

The cost varies based on the services you select. Review each service to see the cost (in some cases it varies on the level of messiness - maintenance, overdue, or deep). Add each item to your cart to get an idea of the cost. Be sure to add transportation and pet fees where applicable.

There is a minimum charge of $200.

what are the payment options?

We accept cards or PayPal online when you select services and check out.

what is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 48 hours prior to the service time to get a full refund. After that time frame we require that you reschedule the service or gift it to someone else at a future time. Call or email to complete this process.

what services do you provide?

We are a full service cleaning company that also provides a la carte cleaning services. A la carte means you can select just the services you need for each visit. We do one-off cleaning or recurring visits.

what areas do you serve?

will i need to provide my own supplies?

Yes, in most cases we require you to provide the supplies needed. See the list of cleaning supplies.

do i need to be home while the cleaner is there?

This is up to you. We are a licensed and insured company and are dedicated to caring for your home. We will be happy to clean in your absence or while you are home. 

am i allowed to tip?

Yes, please.
